To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• By Telephone
  Within the US and Canada:
  From an outside line dial 866-294-5534

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Fortis Properties will not take or allow any reprisal against an employee for reporting, in good faith, a suspected violation of ethical conduct. Finally, Fortis Properties will investigate your report in a reasonable and timely fashion.
